Serves 4
Vinaigrette
1/4 cup lavender infused honey
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
black pepper & sea salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salad
1 pack of mixed salad greens
½ cup of your favourite nuts
4 x chevre rounds
4 ripe pears, sliced
To Make the Vinaigrette: Combine all of the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl and whisk them together. Slowly drizzle in the oil as you whisk. Season to taste.
Grill the Pears: Toss in one tablespoon olive and grill on high heat in a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble: Divide the greens among four serving plates. Arrange the grilled pears in a fan over the greens. Place one round of chevre on top of the greens. Arrange a few nuts over the fresh chevre. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette over each salad.
